Everyone from Keith to Marcos to the crew were incredible! Their cost was better than another local company I compared them to, they were on-time and finished when they said they would be, but the thing that most impressed me was their kindness and customer service. Kristen would call and text to make sure we were set up for when I was available. The crew even put some dirt where I needed it. These people are amazing!
From the first phone call Pinnacle to Luis Perez coming out for a quote to level our 1934 Farmhouse to Marcos Chavez and his team, this was absolutely the BEST EXPERIENCE out of a dozen various contractors helping us bring our farmhouse back to life! They cleaned up the work area every day they were here and checked in with me throughout the process. Rare to find such great customer service these days! Highly recommend! After raising our house 7", with minimal cosmetic issues, I truly would say they are the best in the business. Customer service is A+. To have neighbors complement about how nice the workers were and how they cleaned up after their selves was a big plus. If you need foundation work I would highly recommend.
I had an evluation done a while back. I was ready to inquire about next steps, but realized the report I received did not include a proposed repair plan and estimate. Over the past couple of weeks, I've called the office 3 times to request it, and was told they would ask the assessor to send it which never happened. I don't want to call anymore. I wonder if this is what it is like during a repair process or if you had to address a warranty issue I would not be confident about it. Unfortunately I feel the need to call someone else.

What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything--his explanations were concise, easy to follow, and especially helpful for a first-time home buyer like me. I requested Pinnacle Foundation to perform an inspection of my foundation. Prior to choosing this company, I did my research to ensure I chose a reputable company. I received excellent customer service from beginning to end. I received a message on Friday to confirm appointment for Monday. I received a message on Sunday from the inspector as well. On Monday, I was opening my door to await his arrival, and he arrived right on time (a few minutes early). The inspector provided education on ways to prevent foundation problems. He was thorough and not in a hurry. The end result was no foundation problem, and I was not charged a dime for this valuable information. Although I attempted to provide money for his time and awesome service, it was declined. I can't think of a time in my ? years of life that I have received excellent service. My inspector was John Campbell. Thank you Pinnacle. I will recommend you to anyone that will hear.
