It was great very much protected and shipped in time it said now I can put back old faithful together and add some extra protection with a great product, I admit it was not what I thought I ordered but once I did I realized it's value and purpose so glad I have it.
What I have found from this experience: Great customer service at the front of the line. Clear communication was provided when the initial shipping was less than desirable. The product is useful and durable with well designed adhesive at the right locations. Looking forward to years of use from this cover - which was the ONLY CORRECT keyboard cover that I found available for my new laptop.
Shipped quickly, well-packaged, as described. Fits over the keyboard beautifully, except that it was a bit too large over the numerical keypad. But I used my hair dryer on it and the plastic shrank to fit the keys there. Now it's perfect.
I tried to reach out to customer service in regards to my keyboard cover, I called and emailed and no one responded. The keyboard cover is very loose and the mouse cover is super inconvenient you can’t use it if the cover is on. Don’t waste your time or money here.
