I am quite let down by this service. Recently, two parcels were delivered from abroad, and I was shocked by the delivery costs, which were much higher than the quoted prices based on weight. It seems that parcel size also incurs extra charges, which is not clearly communicated. One parcel's weight was inaccurate when I checked at home. According to the representative, it was my fault for not verifying the weight at pickup. I suggest clients ensure their parcels are weighed upon collection to avoid being misled. The company needs to improve its customer communication culture, as apologies seem to be avoided. I cannot recommend it.
