Unfortunate experience with lost package

I inquired about resending a package that was lost during shipping. If they agree, they will send an email confirming the credit. They should refrain from offering to resend in this case and avoid promising quick delivery if it can't be guaranteed. The package was shipped later than the promised arrival date... 8-12-2025. While I understand credit is quicker, don’t offer to resend the item. This has caused me a lot more hassle. Therefore, I cannot recommend ordering from this service.

Unacceptable customer service

I asked if they could resend my package after it got lost in transit. If they agree, they'll send an email confirming a credit. However, they don’t offer to resend it in that case. Additionally, don’t promise fast delivery if you can't deliver on that. The package was shipped after the expected arrival date... 8-12-2025. I understand credit is faster, but don’t offer to resend the item. This has caused me a lot more hassle. I won't recommend ordering from this service.

Misleading delivery claims and poor support

"Delivery in 1-2 days"... A package arrived on time, but it only contained 1 out of 4 parts. "Partial order 2 of 2". Where is "Part 1 of 2"? No tracking for the other part, no communication regarding two shipments, and the order details link on the website is broken. The response from their support team: "It's sent directly by our supplier so we don’t have a tracking code; we can provide one 5 days post-shipping. Delays happen, but we 'hope'..." Essentially: "We don’t know but we have your money, so we don’t care". Further inquiries about whether the supplier actually sent it, or who the supplier is, went unanswered—met with silence. It seems they only engage with satisfied customers; those with issues are ignored. I believe the missing items will eventually arrive. However, their shipping claims are misleading and customer support is lacking, leaving customers in the dark. That deserves a deduction of 5 stars.

Long wait for refund with no communication

I ordered a catalytic converter with a 2-year warranty in 2024. The part passed inspection last year. In 2025, I tried to have it inspected again, but it failed. I had proof of the failure from the repair shop. I was forced to buy a new part to pass inspection. I contacted the service for a return under warranty, which went smoothly until pickup on August 22, 2025. Since then, there has been almost no communication. I've emailed multiple times and had my spouse call several times, yet I still haven't received my refund. Customer service representatives claim their colleagues are providing false information. My warranty return has 4 unanswered messages (September 1, 10, 29, and October 9)... this is ridiculous. I just want my money back for the failed part that was returned over 2 months ago. We reached out again, and the representative said they have all my information to process the refund, but two days later, still no refund. Why is this not resolved? Just refund me already!
