I made a withdrawal at Pistolo Casino (Nova Forge Ltd., Anjouan license) for €337, with ID: 90b637fe-f1ec-4960-a28d-b878749727c8. According to their terms, it should have been processed within 3 business days, but it still hasn’t been completed. Additionally, I have two other pending withdrawals of €500 each that haven’t been processed either.I have tried contacting support multiple times and receive no clear responses or solutions. I won $2000 and tried to withdraw. When I couldn't withdraw more than $1000 live chat said because I was only a Level 1 player I couldn't withdraw more than $1000 in a 24 hour period. They say their t's&c's state the player levels are determined by how much you deposit meaning the more you deposit the more you are able to "withdraw". I have NEVER heard that. Anyway I try to withdraw as a bank transfer and go to verification to provide the necessary documentation and lo and behold there is a message stating "you do not need to verify your account". Now I know something is really shady because I have also NEVER seen that before either. So I continue with the withdrawal process and do a $1000 withdrawal then 24 hours later I attempt to do another $1000 withdrawal then sit and wait. Three business days later I get an email from pistolo casino stating the withdrawal had been declined. No other explanation (another red flag because there's usually always a reason given). So I go on live chat and get a bot(it said it was a real person however it mispelled words exactly the same as the previous 5 other "real people") saying my "payment provider" had declined the transaction so the funds had gone back to my casino account" which is a lie because I called my bank and they said no they hadn't recieved or declined any transactions. I also sent my bank an email with a screenshot showing the withdrawal detail information I provided and the bank said it was done properly on my end and they would not have declined the transaction. I ended up doing big bets and played the money down to nil and have blocked this scam casino. While I was waiting to get paid out I also checked trustpilot reviews and saw they were really bad so was hoping I wasn't going to get scammed too but yes I got scammed! GUYS DON'T TRUST THIS CASINO. IT'S A SCAM WEBSITE.
I registered with this online casino after I saw 4.8 reviews online and a rtp of 97.6 average payout. I've been through at least 50 online casinos from the very top rated to casino with ratings of 4.5 lowest... and this is the worst experience I have had. I deposited a total of $600 in increments of $60 at a time. I played my favorite games and did not strike ANY bonuses for a long time. The bonuses I did get were very low paying.
