This is wonderful

This is wonderful. I really like your self-design software. Ya'll are the only people that I have seen in my search online who have this. When I asked a college-educated graphics person who has made signs herself for ideas, she suggested that I look around for a company like yours. If yours is the only company that does this, I recommend making it the leading point of your advertising.I think this desk name plate looks much better with the top line in a larger font than the other two. Thanks for making that change.

Most times folks are motivated to write a review, it's because something has gone wrong. I've had a half dozen orders with PlaqueMaker. Every one of them has resulted in a high quality name tag for my chorus and quartets. I've had dozens of name tags made, and they have not disappointed.It's really the opposite, they have gone above and beyond each time. I had one additional order where the magnet bars were placed low on the tag back instead of high (tag tilts down). I called and quickly replacements were sent at no charge.Today I did a design for tags and had questions. Not only were all my questions answered with care, but their team made a non-standard modification to the size for me. Then after I ordered, I realized I'd left the attach as pin, vs magnetic. Even after approving the proof (order had yet to go to manufacturing), they allowed the change to my order. These folks are awesome. Highly recommended for tags, badges, and plaques!

Poor Quality- Beware

We ordered a Stainless Steel Metal Garden Marker Plaque to honor our dog that passed in February 2022. The plaque was beautiful and was shipped fast, unfortunately after only 1 1/2 years later, the image and verbiage are already peeling off, which is extremely disappointing. This is very sad, the quality should be far better than this considering the cost!

Black Granite Grave Markers

The company I ordered from before didn’t have the black granite 8” X 4” grave marker size. I wanted the markers to be uniform in size for our family memorial garden so I went with this company. The markers are nice and heavy but I’m disappointed that the engraved lettering isn’t crisp. They are barely legible when dry and go completely black and unreadable when rained on and wet.

Shipping quality control issues

Performed a small rush order for a single 4x2 stainless tag with overnight early A.M. shipping. Delivery was on time at 8 A.M. today, but shipping cardboard was empty and contained zero product other than air. Due to the time sensitive nature a second shipment has been dispatched, but I currently have no idea whether I will actually receive the product at 8 A.M. for a scheduled 12 P.M. public speaking event tomorrow with venue picked and speech written, or if this company is full of air.The online graphics design suite was industry leading and allowed transparency background delete, and they worked with me regarding early morning proofs and same-day shipping on Monday morning.I just haven't seen the physical product yet and this is going on 1 day late, for a 9x product to shipping cost order.

Initially my order was glitchy

Initially my order was glitchy, but the way they made up for it is worth 5 stars. Someone dropped the ball on the instructions I had submitted online with my order and it was delayed about a week and a half. But the guy who fixed it was so personable and put a rush on my orders so I would receive them before my deadline. My brass cemetery plaque and my black granite plaque were as well done as commemoratives that cost twice as much. Exactly what I wanted, for a really decent price.
