Frustrating experience with an online dress order

I ordered a dress online on June 18, 2025, with a delivery estimate of 7 to 14 days. It didn't indicate that the dress was out of stock. I needed it for a wedding at the end of July. After weeks of waiting and several emails, I was told it had to be made. Excuses about supplier issues followed. Today is September 5, and despite promises, I still don't have the dress. They even offered a voucher, but I don't want to spend more at this unreliable service. I'm starting to believe this is a scam.

Untrustworthy online shopping experience

I've shopped at their physical store before and had good experiences. However, after ordering online in August 2025, I realized this website is unreliable. They don't clearly state that orders take 14 days or more unless you check the FAQ. I ordered three dresses and only received two; one was of such poor quality that I returned it. I haven’t received a response about my refund, and my account shows a partial refund, but the money hasn't reached my bank. I advise against ordering from this site.
