My most recent ticket took from October 2024 to November 2025 to get a response, which shows how they treat their customers. The support team seems completely inactive, and everything is falling apart while they continue to hide the truth.

Switching to a different service

I am planning to switch to another service. It’s unfortunate that the only progress seen in the last three years has been negative. I'm frustrated and disappointed with the lack of service here. The whole team seems unmotivated and has lost the drive to compete effectively. I hope things improve, but I see little chance of that happening soon.
