I was so upset when I could not find the link to pay my Duty's & Taxes, and nobody seemed to be helpfull. After having read a few similar type of complaints I thought thats it, I am now also one of them, money spent on goods that I will never see.
Fortunately an angel at Temu stept in and resolved my query in minutes and I could make the payment. But when I was told that I could expect delivery "some time next week", I just saw red. Temu's people don't care one bit, went through my head. I decided this was my last order ever with Temu. Big was my surprize when I was contacted with nice words and apologies, on top of this current one, my heart softened and I felt good about My Temu.There are wonderfull people at Temu afterall and I will always be your loyal supporter. Thankyou, thankyou!

Jeremy was such a helpfull and understanding man. He understood my predicament and bent over backwards to accomodate me. He is such a jewel for your company with the best customer service that I ever experienced. He kept me up to date during the process and I was delighted to hear from him that I will be refunded in full. Now I just have to waite for the funds due to me to reach my bank account. I rate his customer service a 10 out of 10.

Jeremy assisted me to cancel my subscription, after I realized that I would never be able to afford the monthly suscription.
Being a pensioner with not much of an income per month, Jeremy immediately understood my predicament, and agreed to cancel my subscription and refund me with my initial payment. One of the few decsent human beings alive out there........you will always be my friend Jeremy, although we have never met. Blessings!
