10/10 service transported my bike from the netherlands (rotterdam ) all the way to the uk!, extremely simple process , 10/10 customer service extremely helpful and polite.If anybody needs anything to move i would 1 million percent recommend point picker honestly shocked at how quick the whole process from the start to finish Thankyou very much to the whole team :)
I chose Point Picker from a quote I received via Clicktrans to move some furniture and a bag from Barcelona to London. Point Picker were responsive and adaptive to my unique moving situation which kept changing a bit given my personal circumstances. They responded within 10-15 minutes to every email, working with me to add/subtract different elements in an agile way. When it came time to pick up my items, the employee who came was careful with my things, trustworthy, friendly, and kind. When we needed to move up our delivery date, Point Picker was again adaptable and responsive, tailoring their service on short-notice to meet our needs. I recommend them!
I used them to ship a couple of large items from the UK to Mallorca. The company and delivery driver were great and very good with communicating on pick up and delivery giving 1 hour windows for both the day before. I would definitely use in the future. Thanks Point Picker.
