My experience with this platform was frustrating and extremely disappointing. From what I encountered, it operates in a manner that feels misleading and provides no real security for customers. When significant issues arise with a rental, their approach becomes clear: they stop replying to messages, intentionally delay communication, and avoid engagement — all to evade issuing a full refund. Rather than accepting responsibility, they rely on terms, technicalities, and vague justifications. This is unprofessional behavior and a deliberate effort to shirk their obligations. What is truly unacceptable is that they retain their service fee even when a rental completely fails. The customer bears all the risk, while the platform keeps the funds as if nothing occurred. This conduct demonstrates a total disregard for customers and a lack of accountability. If something goes awry, you will be left isolated, ignored, and at significant risk of losing your money. My recommendation is straightforward: steer clear of this platform. It is not one you can rely on — especially when substantial sums of money and your safety are at stake.

Deceptive website and support

I was in a support chat with a representative from the service because I disagreed with claims from the vehicle owner and it was my first time following the check-out process. The check-out process is poorly designed; you must accept each step individually, and if you disagree at the first step, you can't see the subsequent steps. I reached out to support because I didn’t want to accept the fuel charges listed as the first step, but I was curious to see the next steps. The representative advised me that I could accept the steps until the final one and still go back to change my approvals. When I reached step 6 out of 7 and pressed to move to step 7, to my surprise, the check-out was irrevocably accepted. When I informed the representative that I was following their guidance, they apologized for the misunderstanding but said there was nothing they could change now. They were sorry, but I paid 100 CHF, which is why I’m giving one star.

Avoid this company — unreliable, irresponsible, and unsafe for renters. My experience with the service was extremely disappointing. The platform failed to protect us, take responsibility, or support us when the vehicle we rented turned out to be unusable. The only reason we didn’t lose the entire sum was that the owner admitted the mistake and refunded the money for the remaining nights. If he hadn’t done that, we would have lost almost €700, as the platform refused to take responsibility for anything. They kept part of the money even though the rented vehicle was unusable. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for consumer protection. When we reached out, the responses were vague, slow, and dismissive. Later, when they replied publicly, they suddenly sounded polite and “professional,” which did not reflect their actual behavior at all. Another serious issue is their review system: If your booking doesn’t reach check-out (even if the vehicle is unusable), they block you from leaving a review. This conceals negative experiences and endangers future renters. Be extremely cautious — especially with large sums of money. If something goes wrong, this platform will not protect you. You risk losing your money, as they take no responsibility for unsafe or defective vehicles.

Avoid this platform at all costs – unsafe vehicle, misleading listing, and zero accountability.

I rented a motorhome through the service in Tromsø, and the experience was dangerous, unacceptable, and utterly shocking. Upon arrival in –10°C temperatures, the motorhome had no heating, as the propane bottle was completely empty within 30 minutes. This is impossible unless the owner provided us with an almost empty bottle. We even sent timestamped photos showing the empty gas indicator upon arrival. The listing photos showed two 10kg LPG bottles, which normally last 2–4 days in winter. Instead, the bottle we received lasted under 2 hours, despite the owner assuring us it would last the whole night. This was a lie — leading to an extremely hazardous situation. With no heat, the motorhome became uninhabitable and unsafe. We had to leave it and spend the entire night in campsite toilets to avoid freezing. This alone should have warranted an immediate full refund. But it gets worse: • The water system was broken — the tank leaked everything we poured in, regardless of the valve position. • The gas alarm kept going off, indicating a potential gas leak. We video-called the owner, who simply advised us to “just turn it off.” Completely unsafe. • The battery was drained, requiring us to pay for a campsite to access electricity — despite the listing claiming the motorhome is fully autonomous. • The tyres were unsuitable for icy conditions, contrary to the owner’s claims. We provided every piece of evidence: photos, videos, timestamps, messages, screenshots — everything. It has now been 10 days, and instead of taking responsibility, the service either pretends not to understand, ignores messages, or tries to twist the facts. Here’s something concerning: the platform doesn’t allow me to leave a review on the listing of the specific motorhome I rented. They simply block the option — meaning future customers cannot see what actually happened. If they’re doing this to me, it’s likely happening to others as well. This means the next person renting this dangerous motorhome could be a family with children, completely unaware of the risks because the service conceals honest reviews. This is not just irresponsible — it’s dangerous. When they do respond, they adopt a polite and “professional” tone. But this politeness is entirely disingenuous. In reality, their behavior throughout this ordeal has been rude, unhelpful, and irresponsible, completely ignoring safety issues and leaving us without support in freezing conditions. Honestly, even a child could understand what transpired from the evidence we provided. Yet, the platform continues to avoid responsibility and refuses to return our money — not only for the night we couldn’t stay (because we would literally freeze), but also the service fee they kept for themselves. This behavior is unacceptable, disrespectful, and shows zero care for customer safety. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this service. If something goes wrong, they will leave you out in the cold — literally — and then try to make it seem like it’s your fault.

Successful first camping trip

Initially, we tried one of the established companies to rent a camper van, but after reading reviews online, we hesitated to book there. It seemed too expensive, with little service and numerous reported issues. When we discovered the platform, it felt much more promising, and the reviews were also much better. We decided to give it a chance and were very pleased. It was easy to find a camper nearby with high ratings. The entire process was super easy, fast, and smooth. The owner of the camper was very helpful and friendly. The vehicle was in perfect condition, and almost everything was included in the price. We will definitely use this platform again.

Excellent platform

This site is very good. Renting from an owner was far better than the usual rental companies. The vehicles are much better equipped and cleaner than any standard rental I’ve ever experienced. The search was easy, with great information and photos. From my experience, it was wonderful to communicate with an owner for information and to coordinate travel. I took a train in Sweden for less than an hour from the capital, and the owner met me so I could hit the road. I wish this type of service was available elsewhere in the world.
