The whole process went very well and PointPicker navigated my constraints with a lot of care! I particularly appreciated being in direct contact with the driver on pick-up and on delivery. This made things a lot smoother. And of course the reactivity of the customer service team!
Very Very bad company l still waiting for refund for my tv, they broke during the trip 😒 they don't answer any more to my email they don't care, l was so nice given tips to the driver and his broken my tv and his don't take his responsibility 😢 l very upset about l don't recommend this company very very bad 😢
