Pre ordered the white flare etb for my sealed collection. It arrived with a slight tear in it and customer service said there nothing they can do since the plastic wrapping is intended to protect the contents when it’s inside a box with absolutely no protection. Absolutely so unprofessional for one of the biggest companies in the world.
I created a Pokémon account with my school email that was my first mistake because after I graduated I no longer had access to that email. I deleted my Facebook account because of some toxic or and started fresh went to go recover my account that was linked through my school email and old Facebook and they denied me access after I had answered there questions to the best of my knowledge and even added extras like the location for when I created the Pokémon account there support system is terrible rated 0 stars not just because I’m upset but because I gave them accurate info and they still denied me access to my old account!
I wanted 0 stars but it would not allow me to. Ordered £16 worth and payment was taken but NO DELIVERY and NO RESPONSE back just money taken so if anything good to come out of it don’t let anyone else be scammed! DO NOT USE! SCAM! STAY CLEAR!Also it’s now been reported the site
I am thoroughly disappointed with the customer support from The Pokémon Company International. Over the past three years, I have been attempting to resolve an issue where I received a card in the wrong language in an Italian product pack. Following their instructions, I sent the defective card back for a replacement, but I have yet to receive any resolution.Communication from their support team has been abysmal, characterized by long periods of silence and vague responses that never address the core problem. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no satisfactory solution provided, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated.This prolonged lack of effective support is unacceptable from such a renowned company. My trust in Pokémon's brand has been severely damaged by this experience. I urge The Pokémon Company International to improve their customer service and provide timely, concrete solutions to their customers.
You should make roblox games that were created if your going to copy right them off of roblox , it was fun to see the skins and search for stuff in grass instead of walking out in public and almost getting killed by a dam car. Youve ruined fun for your copy right crap if anyone can send that directly to the company please do !
A clear example that money and popularity do not make good company. New competitive card sets are always BORING. There has only been an improvement in the art with the arrival of new artists. P* games for Nintendo died 15 years ago, as far as innovation goes. The PTCGL has undergone a notable downgrade with the change of client, the only good thing is that the card draw has been made random, previously it was scripted.Wake up Pokemon Company, I've been a fan for 25 years, like the rest of the users. You are not meeting your customers' standards.
