This service is disappointing. During a critcal point in a match my turn froze 2 times. This was a deciding factor in my loss. I took screen shots of the errors. It was suspicious that it decided to freeze me on 2 critical moves that could have won me the match. Pokemon company is going downhill. They have a loyal fan base but that doesn't mean they should treat their fans with bad products and services. Quality has gone down in every category including the video games. They will release subpar products knowing the fan base will buy it regardless. Will try and attach the screen shot of the glitches.

i had a problem with one of their game clients, i made a video of it clearly showing what the problem was. they acted incompetent, saying they could not view video files. i call that bs everyone can watch video files regardless of any device. then it turned nasty, cus they couldn't win the argue, they bluf by deleting my account.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP AS THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!I ordered a toy and I waited 10 days contacted them and they replied it’s on its way, days later my sons birthday had come and gone and they still stated on its way with no more details. I emailed them again to say I wanted a full refund for the awful customer service and they said they can’t as it was on its way!!! 10 days later it arrived in shabby packaging and also not what was ordered. Avoid if you are reading this, terrible company to deal with. Most toy shops have stock now at a much reduced price !!!!

Terrible buying experience

Terrible queue system for new TCG releases. Once you're in you can buy as it leads to error 17 codes and other technical issues.

90 Days of Silence: TPCi Ignoring Ableism and Fraud by Official League Owner

I am a Certified Pokémon Professor and an autistic individual. For over 3 months, I have been reporting a grave case of ableism (disability discrimination) and fraud committed by an Official League Owner at Papelaria Garbosa in Brazil. The owner has used WhatsApp to make discriminatory jokes about my condition and is openly cheating in official events. Despite multiple reports from myself and other players (Case #3576949), The Pokémon Company International (TPCi) has taken zero action. The store continues to host official events, creating an unsafe and hostile environment for neurodivergent players. This is a direct violation of the Play! Pokémon Standards of Conduct and the Brazilian Inclusion Law. TPCi’s negligence in this matter is unacceptable. I am now taking this case to the Brazilian Ministry of Public Prosecution.

Pokémon Has Lost Touch with Real Fans and Families

I’ve been a Pokémon fan since I was a kid, and when my daughter recently got into collecting cards, it felt like the perfect opportunity to share something magical across generations. Sadly, that magic is being destroyed — not by a lack of interest, but by scalpers and a company that seems to have stopped caring about its fans.Every time my daughter and I go to buy cards at local stores or vending machines, the shelves are completely empty. Scalpers have figured out the exact restock schedules and even the delivery routes for every machine and store in the area. They show up moments before stock is put out, clearing out everything. Regular families and kids never even get a chance. When I do find packs online, they’re two or three times the normal price. I’m not trying to profit — I just want to open packs with my kid, collect cards, and build sets like I did when I was her age. But it’s become impossible without paying scalper prices.Out of frustration, I reached out directly to Pokémon Support to share what’s happening. I explained how real fans are being pushed out by organized resellers who exploit restock times and insider knowledge. Their response? A single line telling me they’re “printing more cards to meet higher demand.”That reply made it painfully clear: Pokémon isn’t listening. They brushed off the issue entirely, showing zero concern for the actual fans, the kids, or the parents who built this brand’s success. Printing more cards doesn’t stop scalpers — it just gives them more product to flip. It feels as if Pokémon is perfectly fine with the scalping culture, and maybe even benefiting from it.This isn’t the Pokémon I grew up with. What was once a joyful hobby for kids and collectors has turned into a rigged market run by resellers and ignored by the very company that’s supposed to protect its community. It’s heartbreaking to watch a brand that stood for imagination, connection, and fun become one that prioritizes profit over people.I truly hope Pokémon starts listening — not just to the hype and secondary-market sales, but to the fans and families who actually love this game and want to keep the magic alive.

Illegally charging and refusing refunds

Had set a a free trail of the subscription to not auto renew as required by UK law. However I was still charged the full amount for a months subscription. Upon contacting Pokemon international for a refund they refused stating they will never give a refund for any reason. I pointed out the relevant UK laws showing them why this is illegal and they said that they would.no longer reply to me. Disgusting will be pursuing money back along with passing the case onto Competition and Markets Authority who agree that their policy violates UK law.
