Review Time
I recently placed 3 orders but only received an email to say that one had been dispatched the same day as 2 of the orders were delivered. I’m still waiting for the last one. Some feed back and updates about any hold ups would be helpful. Also I think you should say how long to expect to have to wait once you place an order for example orders usually take 2- 3 weeks to complete.
Excellent product. Bought to replace previous PolyPads travel boots which lasted four years! New boots have four thinner Velcro straps than the three previous ones so more secure fitting. Sadly took almost five weeks to arrive after ordering.
Great product but said 48 hours for delivery when ordering and took 31 days to arrive with no update until parcel arrived. Spending over £100 on 2 pony numnahs, both brown, I wouldn’t expect such a long wait. Great if you’re willing to wait, but not great service if not!
Order tool a long time to arrive nearly a month!, emailed multiple times with no reply or update on when my order will arrive. I wrote a comment on their Facebook page about this and then received an email to say it had been dispatched. Lovely numnah but awful customer service. Will not order again unfortunately
