I have earned some money but always…

I have earned some money but always there is an issue about log in and the password that even if I change it, I still can't log in. Also, they pay you through Prepaid Digital Solutions and that it makes dificult to have and spend your money. They pay you with 10 euros digital cards that it's not accepted to store and shops. And the last time they asked me to verify my self and upload my ID but the page always crashes. So, no card no money.
