Review Time
This is my follow-up review on Blueblom.com. The blokes behind this scam operation are unknown BECAUSE you can't reach anyone via phone call ... nor does anyone ever respond to your email messages. I ended up with a pair of split-toed MaryJane shoes that looked nothing like what was shown in the photos on their site. Prior to the shipment turning up, I kept trying to reach Blueblom.com countless times to no avail after realizing that they were NOT operating in California. I advised my banking institution ... filed a Claim and initially received a “provisional” refund ... then the junk shoes were delivered by an unknown driver who just threw the shipment into our yard and quickly drove away.
The package came in a Yanwen (China shipper – not one from California) shipping bag with no return label nor a sale or return slip included inside the shoe box. When I opened the box, I felt like screaming ... the shoes were pure garbage and not worth half of what I paid for them. This was clearly fraud ... misrepresentation of product and location where they supposedly were being shipped from ... and customer neglect! Not one single reply was received from Blueblom.com; however, they had the bold audacity to contact the bank and advise them that they supplied me with the shoes ... of course, they didn't admit they were junk or the fact that all my emails to them were left unanswered!
Now, the bank decided to take the seller's side and is rescinding the refund. I proved with concise, truthful documentation sent to my bank that Blueblom.com is a fraudulent, dishonest entity ... but the bank apparently "bought into" their lies. I told the bank that there was no return label and/or a return slip ... plus the fact that Blueblom.com had failed to respond to my emails ... did not pick up on their phone lines ... had an incorrect area code for the State of California ... regardless of all the facts I pointed out in writing and emailed to them ... the bank stated that without returning the shoes, there goes my refund. I couldn't even file another Claim under "fraud" ... basically customers do not have rights when incidents like this happen because banking institutions want to "play it safe" and don't bother to look at the significant issues or facts "behind the scenes". It’s too risky for them … so none of us are even safe dealing with our own financial institutions these days.
I was screwed over here ... I'm more than pissed about it ... but I was honest EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. I had even advised the bank upon receipt of the shoes the day they turned up ... stating the way they arrived and the actual item I received (in writing) vs. what was shown on Blueblom's site. Isn't it funny that Blueblom.com all of a sudden just "popped out of the woodwork" to communicate with my bank to get the money back after screwing me over like this? I pointed that fact out to my bank as well to no avail. This is EXACTLY WHY consumers are no longer safe buying online these days. Most of today's online sellers are either fraudsters or third-party junk dealers who sell and ship from Asian ports. You'll receive nothing other than grief ... a poor substitute for what you bought and paid for ... and the "slap in the face" from the very institutions which should have your back vs. aiding, abetting, and supporting fraudsters like Blueblom.com!
I was in the right here ... and I was wronged in the end! DO NOT ... I REPEAT ... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BLUEBLOM.COM! Please read what other unhappy customers have reported ... don't just take my word for it because I'm definitely not their first and only victim … and after seeing what my bank pulled, I won’t be the last one either! This site looks “legit” when you come upon it … but don’t be fooled like I was! I’m usually pretty savvy, but these Schmucks fooled me … and that angers me even more because no one likes being conned! I lost today to a scam artist ... one day the devil himself will knock on their doors in return. "Karma" is a real thing! I have to keep reminding myself of that or I'd really start to lose it!
We should feel safe and secure when doing business online ... but we can no longer rely on what "appears legit" these days. Our own government agencies need to be held responsible for vetting and weeding out dishonest operations like Blueblom.com. Personal note to Blueblom.com (not that they give a hoot about what I think of them, but I’ll state it so that the “general public” will know what they’re really all about): “You're cheats and liars. I'd tell you where to stuff the money you blatantly stole from me with "gusto" and without conscience ... but I don't think my words would be printable or allowed on this site! You're "dirt eaters" ... that's all you are in the end! Time and “poetic justice” will one day come upon all of you behind your dirty operation!”
I recently made a purchase from a certain online platform, believing it operated locally, only to discover that my order was shipped directly from overseas. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team via email, I received no responses. One email pointed out that my order was not coming from a U.S. location, yet there was still silence on their end. Additionally, I encountered several issues: (1) The support email listed on their website was non-functional. (2) The customer service phone number had an area code from a different state and was also inoperable. No one seemed to be available to assist. (3) Unlike a reputable business, I never received a proper shipping update; the package simply appeared, unannounced, tossed carelessly in my yard. (4) Upon opening the package, I was disheartened to find the shoes were of poor quality and did not resemble the images on the site. I received poorly made imitations! (5) Moreover, there was no receipt or invoice included, and the shipping label lacked a return address. This seems intentional, ensuring they avoid dealing with dissatisfied customers and returns. This is the reality when shopping on this disreputable site. This platform operates like a scam in every aspect, and my last email to them clearly expressed my thoughts about their misleading site. No reply again—surprise! I have a strong disdain for those who misrepresent their products and fail to be transparent about their business operations. Given the current tariff situation, customers deserve honesty instead of deceit and silence. This company is clearly non-responsive and avoids any accountability for their false claims about their products and shipping origins. I am quite frustrated with this experience; however, I believe that karma will eventually catch up with them. They missed the opportunity to do the right thing from start to finish. A word of caution: avoid shopping on this platform!
I recently made a purchase on Blueblom.com believing that they operated here in the U.S. (in Chino, CA), only to find out the hard way that their merchandise is coming direct from China (Yanwen shipment). In addition, not one of my emails sent to their "info" email address was answered. One of my emails confronted them with the fact that my purchase was NOT coming from Chino, CA and/or any other U.S. city. NO ANSWER ... "Gee, I wonder why?" Also note the following: (1) Their "support" email noted on their website is no longer operable. (2) Their Customer Service phone number has a South Carolina area code vs. California ... plus, it is also inoperable. No one is manning the phones at all. (3) After all that, unlike a legitimate "operation", there was never a proper/concise shipping update ... the package just turned up without notice ... delivered by someone who just threw the shipment in our yard and drove away. (4) Upon opening the box, I was further disappointed by the inferior quality of the Shoes that I had purchased, as they did not match the photos either in appearance or quality of material that was shown on their site. I received poorly made Chinese “knock-offs”! (5) Furthermore, there was no sales receipt/invoice packed inside the box ... nor did the outside shipping label have a return address. “Why not?” “Why not?” ... because this guarantees that Blueblom.com will never have to deal with disappointed customers and returns … they just do their utmost to make it impossible to reach them and/or get a refund. That’s what customers are dealing with when shopping on Blueblom’s dishonest/disreputable site! This company is a scam "all across the board" ... and my last email to them expressed just exactly what I thought of their bogus site. No one answered that message either ... “I wonder why?” I totally despise people who purposely misrepresent what they are selling and then lie by omission by not being straight as to WHERE they are conducting business ... here in the U.S. or overseas. With the tariff situation as it is at the current time, customers are entitled to honest answers vs. lies and/or silence. Blueblom is guilty of being non-responsive and/or taking any responsibility/moral culpability whatsoever for posting lies and false representations of what they are selling and where their junk is coming from … and they obviously do this "by design"! I'm really rather pissed off here by this experience; however, as I stated in my email to these scam artists, “Karma” will come for them one of these days ... she always gets her job done! ... too bad they failed to do the right thing from start to finish. "Word to the Wise!" ... do NOT shop at Blueblom.com!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The product I received was nothing like what was advertised. The quality was cheap and poorly made and the sizing was not accurate. Shipping took much longer than promised and when I reached out for help, customer service was unresponsive and dismissive.I want my $144 back now. This company needs to be honest about what they are selling and take accountability instead of wasting customers time and money. I would not recommend ordering from here.
I received my order and will be keeping it, because we needed these Christmas PJs like yesterday. The stitching on the clothing is horrendous. One wash and it's going to fall apart. I sent them video footage as well. I wish there was an option to attach it here.
I bought some Grinch pajamas for Christmas at the last minute on December 10, 2025. I thought they wouldn't arrive on time, but they only took 6 days and arrived on the December 16,2025. Everything was great! This is a good review Thank you Blueblom. Download the Shop app, and it gives you all the package information so you can track it using the tracking number from Yanwen.
I ordered Birkenstock knock off fleece clogs from BlueBlom that came in a “Birkenstock” box. They did not fit well, so I contacted the company by email the same day, and still have not received a response. The phone # listed in their contacts, is unreachable, and is from North Carolina, not CA!!! This is a total scam, and I want to take legal action! Any advice?
Scam company ! Fake items, DO NOT BUY from them. They have used pictures taken from Pink Palm Puff website and used them on their webpage. The hoodie we received was cheap, horrible quality, the wrong image on the back & pull ties at front which are not on the images on their webpage. Looking at other reviews I doubt we will get our money back! *The reply on 19/6 is part of the BluBlom scam, I sent an email requesting a refund to the contact given as soon as the fake item arrived- no response, 100% scam company*
