We were the only customers inside. Order took 25 minutes. Excuse was fish sandwich which never takes 25 minutes unless they forgot to put it on. Then the cashier was mean and rude and told us to make the food ourselves. The other cashier looked apologetic and whispered sorry for the rudeness! We will just go to KFC from now on!
My order came out in 5 minutes, the customer service was extremely nice, the restaurant was clean and neat, and the people made me feel like family!!
I've never been treated like this before, and genuinely, it is the best feeling I've ever gotten.
Customer service through the roof.
And the chicken was fresh, crispy, and delicious, would eat here again.
And how they presented the chicken was overall pretty cool, made it look like the Commercials!
How would I truly rate my experience?
A 10/10 would eat here again!
I waited 10 minutes for my Spicy Chicken, and when I got my order, the chicken was dry and overcooked, as if it had been refried. That was my meal. I didn't take a picture or complain because that's not my style, and I certainly don't trust a kitchen that returns orders. I hold the management responsible for allowing such practices. I won't be returning to this location.
Coventry has finally welcomed a new fast food spot just before Christmas 2025. My first visit during lunchtime was fantastic—the chicken was well-prepared and flavorful, the fries were hot, and the gravy was smooth and tasty. However, my second visit right after Christmas was less impressive; I had to wait outside, but that wasn't a big deal since they were busy. Unfortunately, my third visit was disappointing. I ordered over £45 worth of food, but once I got home, I found some of the chicken was undercooked, the fries were ice-cold, and the gravy had lumps along with a thick skin on top. At least they didn't forget anything like they did on my previous visit. With the initial excitement fading, the food quality seems to have dropped to mediocre levels, making it feel like money wasn't well spent. I think I'll stick to the nearby alternative next time.
We visited a local fast food restaurant yesterday on December 24th for a family meal. My child ordered a large spicy chicken sandwich box meal. Unfortunately, the chicken was unpleasant, overly greasy, and lacked spice. The food quality was unacceptable and not suitable for a child. When I brought this issue to the attention of the cashier, I was very disappointed with the response. There was no apology, no offer for a replacement or refund, and no attempt to address the problem in a professional manner. Instead, she asked my daughter if she still wanted her burger. When my child declined, the cashier discarded the burger, which only added to our frustration. This experience highlighted poor food quality and inadequate customer service, which is not what I expect from such establishments. I left feeling unhappy and disappointed, especially considering it was a child's meal.
I just saw another video of a manager at a store denying service to a customer. My own experience mirrors this. I've attempted to buy food from this establishment four times and have never received anything. This is not an exaggeration! What is going on?!?
Lacked napkins, hot sauce, and honey. The chicken consisted of a breast, wing, and leg, but the leg was the only piece with some moisture; the other two were extremely dry and seemed old, resembling fried Papier-mâché. I've visited multiple times due to the pricing, but this will likely be my last visit. It's not worth it when the chicken is nearly inedible.
I ordered two Cajun Turkeys for Thanksgiving 2025, ensuring I met the deadline. However, the delivery date was changed twice, and it ended up arriving a day after Thanksgiving while I was away. The support team refused to issue a refund because I wasn't home to reject the delivery. This is a poor reflection on the company. I wasted $198 and won't make this mistake again.
My local establishment has a great atmosphere, and the staff are nothing short of excellent, always assisting with smiles. However, my main concern lies with the management. I've heard numerous complaints about the managers treating the staff poorly, especially considering many are young and balancing college. It’s disheartening to see them being yelled at after being overloaded with tasks they weren't trained for. This treatment affects their morale, and more employees are looking to leave. For the location to thrive, a change in management is essential, as they are negatively impacting the work environment.
