I had been using their service without any problems. However, my recent order of Baby Joker was more like shake and hardly any popcorn nugs. It was extremely subpar. I reached out to them, and they offered a £20 credit. I requested a full refund instead or I would take my business elsewhere, but I received no response.
I've been a customer for years, and they've consistently addressed any concerns promptly and fairly. The product quality has generally been good for me, sometimes not perfect, but for the price, it's better than what you'd find elsewhere and delivered right to my door.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this site! It’s a scam. When my order didn’t arrive, they messaged me asking for more money because it was supposedly stopped by customs. I believe the original site has been taken over by scammers. Don't waste your time or money!
This service is legitimate and offers an excellent experience. My order was lost in transit, but they sent a replacement at no charge. The negative reviews seem to either target competitors or are from those who fell for scam sites. The quality of what I received was top-notch.
