Review Time
As someone approaching 50, I can confidently say that the beloved brand is no longer what it used to be! I will never spend another penny on their products, as the chocolate—from bars to eggs—is now cheap and unappetizing. It's hard to understand how they expect to maintain their reputation after abandoning what made them great. I genuinely hope to see them decline for taking advantage of loyal customers. Nowadays, even lesser-known brands taste better. It's baffling to think they believe their products are still good; they are only fooling themselves. Good riddance!
I have a strong dislike for companies that exploit their customers! It seems that this company is doing just that with their new excessively large wrappers for their chocolates! These wrappers appear to be designed to take up more space with air than actual chocolate! I DO NOT APPRECIATE COMPANIES THAT... take advantage of their customers! I will now look for a different chocolate manufacturer that uses standard wrappers! Shame on you!
I used to adore the rich, smooth taste of chocolate from this brand; it was simply divine. However, everything has changed since the company underwent new management. Now, the chocolate is excessively sweet, unpleasant, and truly off-putting. Opening a box of their assorted chocolates reveals an overpowering sugary smell that is enough to make you hesitant to even try a piece of this so-called chocolate. There's no chance I would purchase this brand again, yet I keep receiving boxes of this unappealing confection as gifts. Better suited for the trash.
A brand that used to symbolize trust and quality in chocolate has now become just another profit-driven venture. Since being acquired, the quality has noticeably declined. Every year, the amount of chocolate in the bars seems to decrease. 🤷 Is it even fair to call it chocolate anymore?
I used to really enjoy this chocolate, but since it was acquired by a company from another country, my opinion has changed drastically. The quality has declined to the point where it makes me feel unwell. I will now only choose chocolates from Belgium or Switzerland, as they are truly superior to this brand.
I felt misled after ordering a medium selection box and returning it, thinking I received a small one by mistake. It turns out the small is now considered medium. What a scam and an insult to our intelligence. I will be avoiding this brand in the future.
