Excellent quality products. Very good customer service. Quick responses and care. Shipping quality of packaging is crazy good. So solid, almost borderline overkill. But every piece has arrived in mint condition. Well worth the price point.
We purchased a sofa from the company and are quite let down. It appears very different from the images, as the pictures on the site make it seem larger and in a completely different shade. We ordered a brown chenille sofa, but it has noticeable purple undertones in reality. Although we can return it, we will lose 20% of our shipping costs. Additionally, we discovered that many reviews on their website seemed to be AI-generated, and the colors were likely edited to enhance the brown appearance of the sofa. We won't be buying from this seller again.
I encountered an assembly problem with my electric couch, which was quite pricey. To sum it up: issues can arise. Rather than enduring a lengthy process to have the company resolve it, the support team handled everything swiftly and even upgraded my couch to rectify the issue promptly. Considering the typical hassle one faces when seeking resolutions, collaborating with the service was a refreshing experience. My faith in humanity has been restored (at least for the time being)!
Ordered a ust projector cabinet and it came with the power cord disconnected. I could not find where the cord connected to the cabinet. Technical support was worthless they had no idea where to connect it either. They sent me unhelpful pictures that did not show where the connection was. It’s obvious this company just imports Chinese goods without knowing how they are setup. It took me hours to finally find the connection by feeling around in the dark inside of the cabinet drawer. I won’t be buying anything else from them.
The table top is beautiful, shiny and has very pretty lines on it. I love it! Please make note that the table top will arrive in an extremely heavy box and you will definitely need assistance in unpacking the table top! Well worth it as it is a statement piece in my house.
