I share the same frustrations as many others. This service appears to be a scam designed to have multiple companies reach out to you about selling products from another site. I’m in search of a general contractor, not a remodeling company. Very disappointing experience!
This is a phishing operation. I mistakenly thought it was a real company. It's merely a tactic to collect your information and they relentlessly follow up. I was initially unaware, but they tried to push me towards a service I didn't need. Avoid this!
As others have mentioned, this is a lead generation and phishing scheme that should be illegal. After I requested an estimate, I was bombarded with calls and texts from random contractors. If anyone knows how to file a formal complaint, please share. I tried contacting the BBB, but they require a phone number that doesn't exist!
I reached out due to a local search for a simple window replacement. After submitting my request, I was contacted by a different service and scheduled an estimate. The representative was overly aggressive. When I asked for more estimates, he wouldn't accept my decision and repeatedly called his manager for more pressure. A very high-pressure experience that lasted far too long.
They are not real. I provided my information and scheduled an appointment, only to discover they were using a misleading name to operate. I suspect they are working with another service that I do not trust. I intend to file a formal complaint.
