Power Punch Signs and Printing, owned by Abel Velasquez, has been a case of fraud and theft. We engaged Mr. Velasquez and his company to design and construct signage for two properties. Despite paying a significant deposit (60%) upfront, neither sign was delivered, nor were the funds returned.
After multiple attempts to resolve the matter, we were forced to take legal action. We received a judgment in our favor for the fraud committed by Abel Velasquez under Power Punch Signs and Printing. Furthermore, we filed an El Paso Police report for the theft through fraud under Report Number 24-024110.
At this point they stole over 47,000 dollars from us plus damaged our company.

We have been contacted by two other people so far who will be filing against him and have provided the appropriate information. We are also seeking enforcement of our Civil Judgement against him and his company through the El Paso County Sheriffs Office. We strongly caution others against doing business with Abel Velasquez or Power Punch Signs and Printing due to their fraudulent practices. I would sincerely recommend that anyone who is defrauded by this company call and file reports with the El Paso Police Department , Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, and Attorney General of Texas Consumer Protection Division.

Our experience with Power Punch Signs and Printing, owned by Abel Velasquez, has been a case of outright fraud and theft. We contracted Mr. Velasquez to design and construct signage for two of our properties, providing him with two cashier's checks as a 60% deposit for the work. Despite receiving the payments, Mr. Velasquez failed to deliver on the contract and eventually stopped taking our calls, disappearing with our funds.
We consider this entire ordeal to be theft and fraud through inducement. Mr. Velasquez misrepresented his intentions and services to secure the funds, only to vanish without fulfilling any obligations. As a result, we are pursuing all available legal remedies, having already secured a judgment in our favor for fraud.
Additionally, we have reported Abel Velasquez and Power Punch Signs and Printing to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the Attorney General's Office, and the El Paso District Attorney's Office, which is currently reviewing our case.
We strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Power Punch Signs and Printing to exercise extreme caution, as our experience has been nothing short of fraudulent.

Before you read our review, attached you will find:
1. Emails sent to Mr. Velasquez about status of our order documenting that we reached out to him several times, asking for status of our shipment.
2. Our formal letter to J.P. Morgan Payments (Card Operations Dpmnt) making a formal claim against Power Punch Signs & Printing.
Let me start by saying that my company is a reputable firm that provides equipment and services to the wind power industry.
We came across Power Punch Signs & Printing (what we know consider a fraudulent, dishonest company) online. They pretty much "took our money" and "ran."
At first, communication was great - they responded quickly and provided email samples of the banners we wanted. Once we placed our order and submitted payment of roughly $1,000 everything changed.
We never received the goods we paid for. At first (when he was still responding), we only received excuses and delays. Then, despite multiple attempts on our part to get a hold of him (phone calls and emails), Mr. Velasquez suddenly stopped answering emails/calls. Two employees (myself included) called him from our personal cell phones and then he would pick up the phone. He would ask if he could "call back in 15 minutes." Needless to say, he never called back
After months of trying to get a resolution, we did not receive our order, nor did we receive a refund.
We strongly encourage prospective customers to NOT do business with this company. Our 1 star review is not related to poor quality of their service or products. They literally stole our money.
Power Punch absolutely delivered. The trucks and trailer came out looking CLEAN and professional — exactly how a serious business should represent itself. The colors are bold, the lines are sharp, and the quality is next level.They really took the time to understand our brand and made sure everything was perfect before installation. You can tell they care about their work — no shortcuts, no sloppy details.Ever since we put the trucks and trailer on the road, it’s been turning heads. For any business owner who wants their vehicle to actually make an impact, Power Punch is the move. We’ll definitely be coming back for the next one.
Absolutely amazing experience! From the second we reached out to even after the wrap has been completed. My husband and I met Abel at his office to go over everything we wanted, after multiple revisions we had a beautiful wrap done!! We will definitely be back!
Abel with Power Punch Signs & Printing did such a beautiful job on my daughter’s baby shower poster. The colors are vibrant, the quality is superb, turned out even better than I imagined! Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a top-notch printing & service.
