The game-changing creative tools MotionVFX provides has not only improved the efficiency of my video editing but has also drastically elevated the quality of my work. Being able to quickly find, drag and drop, and stack multiple Hollywood-style assets from the CineStudio is priceless. The plugins not only look high-level but are also well-built—no one else’s measure up to MotionVFX. I don’t know of any other company in the industry that welcomes open dialogue with the chat team about ways in which templates can be enhanced for greater customization and improved functionality, and it’s always a quick turnaround in updates. All-around great experiences throughout the 10+ years I’ve been a MotionVFX user! Can’t wait for the release of mO3!
Excellent plugins but what is more important is the excellent service of the team. I had an issue with a plugin that was not displaying all the drop zones and Zbigniew from Customer Support fixed it after 2 mails that we exchanged.
I've been a customer of Motion VFX for the past two years, and I really love their plugins—the variety and ease of use are top-notch. Of course, some of them can be a bit taxing on the system, but that's expected.The only reason I'm giving three stars is that, with such a large repertoire of plugins, updating the software you're using (in my case, DaVinci Resolve) sometimes causes some plugins to stop working as they should, or at least they aren’t updated quickly enough. This has already happened to me with two plugins I use regularly, and now I’m just waiting for the Motion VFX team to update them for the current version of DaVinci Resolve. Obviously, they're creating this problem for themselves as they continue to release more plugins and new products. This is my current experience with them. Hopefully, they'll find a way to improve their update process, or perhaps reduce the number of new plugins they bring to market so frequently.
I was initially reluctant to buy the products because they are indeed quite expensive, but it's amazing how much time I can save. The product (the callouts in my case) are a life saver and really good quality. But I was even more impressed by the customer service. I reported a problem I was having, in what turned out to be a bug. They solved it within half an hour after I presented the case. It was unbelievable. I was able to download the new version within minutes. Very impressive. Bottom line is: the product is worth every single dollar. As the saying goes, price is what you pay, value is what you get.

I had an issue and reached out to them, and their response was incredibly fast — within no time, they had identified the problem and resolved it perfectly. Their professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness made the whole process completely stress-free. It’s rare to find such quick, effective, and genuinely helpful support these days, and MotionVFX delivered 100%! Highly recommended!
