I have used powertoolsgb twice now for milwaukee items and I can't fault them.Communications with Nick have been excellent, he's always very patient and must work all hours as I have put an order in at 10 o clock at night and he emailed an address query immediately lol.Powertoolsgb seem to have consistently good prices against other competitors and always deliver when they say.I will definitely use powertoolsgb for all my milwaukee gear from now on!
I've had a couple of Milwaukee purchases in the past month or so and my experience with Powertools GB proves no-one should be swayed by a small minority of negative reviews, whether justified or not. In fact I'd encourage the company to make it easier for people to review on Trustpilot because I'd guarantee there are customers with similar experiences as mine.I'm a DIYer but bought quite a bit of Milwaukee gear over the years. Milwaukee stuff is never going to be cheap (I'd worry if it was), but I've found Powertools GB to be extremely competitively priced compared to all the usual suspects online. In fact, the two negative reviews on Trustpilot (out of only 10) previously put me off thinking the low price must be hiding something. But no, my mistake, the goods are brand new and well packaged. Across the range Powertools GB's prices are extremely competitive. Best of all the service is impeccable: a fair price floor for free delivery, my items were shipped almost instantly, and when one of the items I ordered had come out of stock a friendly member of the team (Nick) phoned me within ten minutes of my order, apologised, and offered a suitable alternative. I really felt it was a personal service.So to all you people wondering whether to give Powertools GB a go, my advice is you're unlikely to be disappointed and probably likely to be delighted.
In this day and age (especially with Covid) it is very hard to find a company the has: The most competitive prices and gold star customer service together with amazing delivery. Just ordered again from PowertoolsGB and thought it was about time I left a review.Must have spent over £3K with them over the last few years as I updated my old DeWalt tools for Milwaukee.Every time the whole process couldn't be easier, lots of updates, great prices and very helpful when I've asked stupid questions. The last order they added some freebies as they didn't have the exact model I ordered which was a great suprise.Well done and please keep it up.
I have bought almost all my Milwaukee tools from power toolsgb and been over the moon with them all. I was really impressed with the cobalt steel drills I bought a year or so ago. So impressed I bought the large set with more sizes in. I had had them a few weeks when I was drilling a steel sheet for a tool box lid and decided to use them. Immediately I noticed the drill bit was not cutting, it was as if it was blunt. This happened with a few more so I stopped using them and completed the job with my old set. I called powertoolsgb and spoke to the owner who was very obstructive and talked to me as if I was a fool. In the end I told him I would never use him again. I wasn’t asking for my money back or an exchange, just for them to check if the drill bits were faulty.
I ordered a Milwaukee M18 High Torque Impact Gun from Powertools GB who were a country mile cheaper than other online stores. I was dubious about buying from a company with so little feedback, but these fears were unfounded as my tool showed up promptly in the post and was well packaged. I would definitely recommend them, and will be using them again when i need more tools in the future
Used this company after getting a really bad experience from SGS Engineering where my product didn’t even arrive after 2 weeks and was paid for. Ordered from these which were really good value, constant updates regarding delivery, times, tracking numbers etc. Came next day no problems and exactly as described. Would definitely purchase power tools from here in the future!
