Has to pay more for their "Premium features"

I paid for one year of Lite packge thinking I will be using it for long time. Only to find out every features they call it Premium and you have to pay MORE to use their "premium features". I can not use the Lite package without paying for more.

Absolutely the best customer service!

Every member that worked with me was amazing. I had an issue after moving jobs and lost access to all the work I’d done. Powtoon customer service was responsive and so helpful. They were able to transfer the work I’d done to a new account-I can’t speak highly enough of the help I got!
