Awesome customer service

I was so impressed with the speedy communication that Powtoon offered. I had used this programs during my teaching years and my students loved it. I needed to cancel my subscription since I have retired and they were amazingly helpful and quick to help me. Great program. Great support. Try this in your classroom.

I accidentally deleted my work after 6…

I accidentally deleted my work after 6 hours of working on it and almost faced a meltdown 😅 I sent an email to the support team that replied after a few minutes and helped me restore my work. Thank you for the quick response and great help.
