I went through a complete private remedy process with the service and issued a Notice of Dishonour & Perfected Claim. They failed to provide any verified claim or lawful response. This serves as public notice that the issue remains unresolved and disregarded.
I had nearly £800 in debt with a credit card company. When it was transferred to a new agency, it dropped to about £400. I set up payment plans and made individual payments to settle it. There was a brief period where I couldn’t pay, and they handled it with great care. Today, I am free of this debt (even made an accidental overpayment). Thanks to the representative who assisted me with the refund.
