Don't go here

I called them with 10 gold coins to sell. They quoted me 4037 per coin. When I went down there, they said the coins were in poor condition and needed to be melted down, so they could not honor the quote.Gold coins have no numismatic value. Condition does not matter that much, as long as they are whole.The price of gold was over 4100 at the time. The ended up offering me 3900 per coin. Since I was there I accepted the offer. BS. I went to JM Bullion on the same day, and was offered over 4100 per coin. Don't go here.
