My experience was excellent. In early January, I flew from Bucharest to Bologna and the plane arrived at its destination more than three hours late. Nineteen months ago, my case was ruled in my favor by a court. However, the service has failed to collect the funds from the airline. Despite multiple requests for evidence of reminders sent, none were provided. It appears that no reminders were ever issued. It's surprising that a debt collection service would not enforce a valid court judgment. They could take action but choose not to, likely due to the interest that accrues, which benefits them. My siblings used a private lawyer and received their compensation, including interest, promptly. I am now reporting this to the Consumer Protection Agency and seeking legal action against this service for their inaction. The entire experience has been frustrating and prolonged. I strongly recommend hiring a competent private lawyer instead.
