The airline issued my compensation on 19.09.2023, as proven by official bank and airline documents. However, Flightright only initiated its first action on 26.09.2023—seven days AFTER the payment was already completed.
According to Section 652 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and your own Terms and Conditions, a success fee is only due if the result is achieved THROUGH your intervention. There is no causality here.
I have already sent a formal legal rejection to your Legal Department. I am aware of the 'Eugenijus Š' case (review from Dec 2025) where you correctly closed a similar case. I expect the same professional resolution and the immediate cancellation of invoice EASA2361025. I will not pay for a result that occurred independently of your services.
If not resolved, I will escalate this to söp (Schlichtungsstelle für den öffentlichen Personenverkehr) and ECC Romania."*

Three years have passed with no progress... they seem to focus solely on marketing and empty promises, creating an attractive website while failing to deliver results.

I had a flight delayed more than 5 hours, and I tried numerous other compensation services, none of them managed to take the case all the way or properly fight it. Some stopped midway, others simply failed.

Flightright was different. They clearly know the law, they are persistent, and they don’t give up when it gets difficult. They handled the case professionally from start to finish and ultimately secured the compensation when others couldn’t and it took 4 months to get the compensation Wizz Air tried every possible way to avoid paying compensation, despite the flight being delayed over 5 hours.

I strongly advise against this service

Nineteen months ago, my case was ruled in my favor by a court. However, the service has failed to collect the funds from the airline. Despite multiple requests for evidence of reminders sent, none were provided. It appears that no reminders were ever issued. It's surprising that a debt collection service would not enforce a valid court judgment. They could take action but choose not to, likely due to the interest that accrues, which benefits them. My siblings used a private lawyer and received their compensation, including interest, promptly. I am now reporting this to the Consumer Protection Agency and seeking legal action against this service for their inaction. The entire experience has been frustrating and prolonged. I strongly recommend hiring a competent private lawyer instead.

Successful resolution after repeated denials

After the airline denied my claim multiple times, I decided to use this service. It took about 5-6 weeks, but they successfully resolved my claim and transferred the funds to me quickly.
