Over an hour still no delivery on a digital product that should be sent instantly, i highly recommend going to all key shop instead where delivery is instant.
Turns out they didn't have the product and auto refunded me so now I will have to wait 3 days for my money back, like I said go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.
I had a windows 11 activation issue, tried to fix it first with recommendations on the PremiumCDKeys webpage, but did not succeed. So decided to contact the support directly. It was very pleasant to solve the problem in just five minutes. Great approach. Thank you
Bought 2 windows keys, first one worked fine without any issues, the second one didnt work at first, contacted support and received a new one fairly quickly. The person i spoke to was polite and helpful.
Delivery was also very quick, within 1-2 minutes.
Overall very happy with my purchase.
Insane customer experience, I had accidentally bought the wrong key, was devasted so i reached out to support and explained the situation and out of pure good will they gave me the correct Key
even though they do not normally "cancel/replace an order once it has been delivered"

On 21/01/2026 I bought a key ¨Windows 11 Enterprise CD Key GLOBAL¨, but it did not work. I wrote to support but they did not give me a solution. I wrote again requesting a refund, but they have responded yet. On 24/01/2026, I wrote again and I have not received a response yet. They are not serius company.

I purchased a key an hour ago and have yet to receive it via email, only the order confirmation. The website claims that support is available 24/7, but I submitted a ticket and received no response. They also state that keys are delivered in a maximum of 30 minutes. I am very disappointed. This is my first experience with this service, and it will definitely be my last. As I write this review, I am still waiting for my key.
