Friendly and effective transfer however...After parking, while searching for reception to drop off our key, we found a box of unattended car keys in an empty portacabin. Its an open facility with no gate, nothing was stopping anyone taking a fistful of keys and helping themselves to cars!We were also charged an additional £13 for drop off fees, which was not clear at time of booking. As well as being less competitive, its poor show charging for additional fees at a time when I have no other choice!
Went to leave the car park at Manchester Airport yesterday after collecting my car. Upon inserting the token to pay the exit fee I was told that I owed £1470!It was only due to a very helpful car park attendant who looked at the CCTV for me that we realised what had happened:This company had left their own car there for the week, taken mine away (presumably for personal use), then swapped the tokens over on return so that I had to pay for their car being parked there for a week!Luckily the attendant could see I’d been scammed so he cancelled the charge for me.But do not use this company! It is a scam, and they have now been reported as such!
