Overall good parking and shuttle services. Drop off was easy, the location was a little dubious but once we were in and parked it was a quick transfer into the van and onto the airport. The van had very obvious brake damage though, which was very concerning with a full vehicle. The driver didn’t seem to care when told by an airport parking attendant that there was oil leaking from the exhaust. Pick up was ok, we called when we were told to and were told it would take around 30 minutes, which was to be expected. We ended up waiting around 40 minutes which was no issue, they kept in contact to ensure we were aware of the delays. The journey back to the carpark was smooth, despite the driver continuously looking at his phone. Upon arrival, we did expect our cars to be at the front ready to drive away but he asked all guests to stay in the car, and point out their cars so he could drop them off. Some guests were parked in which was an awkward exit, but we were fine. The driver was lovely but was very adamant in asking us all to leave 5 star reviews. He Overall a good service, some better organisation and car maintenance could help. We were also aware of the extra £13 charge to use the shuttle service, but only after receiving the email confirmation, after which you’re unable to cancel.
