4 geezers in a shed on a disused army base. Price was okay so went with them but then was told I had to pay £13 for barrier fees before they would take me to the terminal. Charged 4 groups the same and crammed us all into one van. (Pure profiteering) Seemed very disorganised and no one seemed to know what they were doing. Told me to go park in one area, got back to the "office" then said I had parked in the wrong area and had to go move it. On return had to ring once our bags had been picked up then had to wait 40 mins in the cold with 2 fed up children to wait for an unmarked van to finally turn up. Just pay abit extra and go with a reputable company. It will probably cost the same anyway after barrier fees!
Booked thro a comparison website so booking was easy but on the day of arrival we were charged an extra £13 (£6.50 airport charge for drop off and pick up) which os a bit of a con given 3 parties were on the mini bus going in and 3 on the way back so its clearly not cost them £19.50 to enter the airport each time, in fact it came up as £6.40 on exiting the express pickup carpark. If its a non negotiable charge it should be included in the price for comparison not added later! However, the service were efficient and the staff polite.
Great experience with premium parking. Very easy and non stressful and staff are very nice. Easy car drop off and only 10/15 mins to the airport. Moby picked us up from the airport and he was a very nice, happy and chatty guy! He dropped us right outside our car and helped us with our luggage. Absolutely amazing service from Moby. It makes your holiday much more less stressful knowing you’re leaving your car with somewhere trustworthy. I would definitely recommend premium parking.
