Solar bureau used via solar together setup with local authorities. Had major issues with the scaffolding - they were planning to leave it up for over a month which was blocking a main exit to the house and showed little interest when I explained we had two young children, one of whom had already run into it. Spoke to them about 20 times on the issue and also had to speak directly with the scaffolder to try and get it taken down.

Also had major issues with the system in that the app didn’t work … spoke to them daily for nearly a month to try and get resolved. Unbelievably poor service, such little interest in trying to get things resolved. Requested escalation and complaint process - essentially told there was no one to speak to. Avoid at all costs.

Surveyors Efficiently Evaluated the Roof and Provided a Quote

Two surveyors arrived equipped with a drone to inspect the barn roof and capture images. The service provided a detailed quote that included plans, the number of panels the roof could hold, and the estimated installation timeline. After I accepted the quote online, third-party scaffolders came out, followed by the fitting team a few days later, who worked efficiently. The electricians from the service then arrived, connecting everything and ensuring it all functioned properly. They also offered helpful advice regarding the panels and their usage. The office set me up on the app and website for tracking usage, and they informed me about the grid connection for feed-in. Communication with the office was quite effective as they addressed my inquiries. The only issue I faced is that during summer, the panels tend to overproduce, leading the hybrid inverter to shut down until temperatures return to normal. The electricians checked everything, but the issue remains. Overall, I'm pleased, although I'm unsure about my savings since it was part of a community initiative led by local leaders.
