I placed a trial order. The food looks absolutely nothing like the photos on the website. It’s overly spiced and tastes like low-quality cafeteria food—probably because we Italians are used to eating very well.
Aside from the fact that it doesn’t match my taste at all, what isn’t clearly stated is that you are immediately enrolled in a subscription. It’s true that it can be cancelled, but you only realize it when the second delivery arrives—one you weren’t expecting.

Total chaos

Total chaos, it was the worst experience ever. I would never recommend it to anyone. Delivery late 2 weeks for the second time !!!!! You contact customer support, they dont even reply. Sent lots of emails. And nothing.

No customer service exists

Had a problem with my order, reached out to customer service, after 2 weeks still no response. Reached out to them on social media, no response either. Edit: now 4 weeks later, still nothingEdit 2: 3 months later, still nothing. Not that I expect it anymore but I thought it would be good to update the review.

Feels like a scam

I have purchased a 18 slot order. To this day, the order is 7 days and from all that I can gather from Prepmymeal, they are refusing to help or fix the situation. Be careful as they will not care if anything goes wrong with the order.

A hit and a miss

First delivery was fine, second delivery:1. Was delivered one week after initial estimate2. Two bags arrived ripped.Prepmymeal.de refunded me for the delivery and for the bags, but I'm left with a sense of insecurity if I want to order again from them. Not the most reliable.I complained about the resolution and was met with radio silence.

Tasty and healthy, perfect for busy days!

I’m really happy with Prepmymeal! There’s a great variety of tasty and balanced meals to choose from. Everything comes frozen, super easy to store and heat up in the microwave. I’ve been ordering for a few months now and the quality is always great. I’m also very satisfied with their customer support — always friendly and quick to help. Totally recommend it!
