Polite, friendly and helpful staff. I was allowed free range to look at all the stock by myself, as I preferred. I then test drove two vans in a relaxed environment with no pressure and made my choice. All my questions were answered quickly and accurately.By the time the paperwork was done the van had been cleaned and was ready to drive away.I am very pleased with my purchase and with the whole experience.
I brought a van off these guys, after 6 weeks I've had over £1000 worth of issues, and it's still on going, including some that was reported in days. But they said they will not cover anything, I then told them about the engine issue I'm having which can't be solved until some other bits are fixed, and said that the garage told me it may not be a cheap fix, and they essentially offered me £600 not to cover the work but "as a gesture of good will" but if I took it then they would not even acknowledge any other repairs even if they were existing, worst service I've had
Went to get a car and there was some issue with the car before it would be delivered, they done there best to try and resolve the issue by getting new parts to fix the small issue. Unfortunately they couldn’t resolve the problem so had to pull out of buying the car, however they where very honest with the issue that they wouldn’t have know about and they where easy to talk to on the phone. Would recommend getting from them, just didn’t work out for me which was a shame.
