I've ordered 14 chrome powders. Only 3 of them were labeled at arrival. For me it was impossible to confirm which powder was which one. The customer 'support' could only identify the colours by photo as possibly X.
I even doubt this is allowed, sending products without labels with ingredients and title.
They could not offer me any support other than the labelling via photo and a discount for my next order.
I will definitely never ever order here again.

I placed a pretty big order, and while some items were sold out and others were missing at first, everything was resent to me. It did take about one week, but the team was very helpful throughout.The staff are friendly, quick to respond, and always straight to the point. They even included a small gift along with the missing/sold-out items as an apology for the delay — which I really appreciated!The products themselves are great so far. I’d definitely order again — though if I need something quickly, I might buy it in-store instead of online.
I'm sad to see bad reviews - I have been a customer for about three years now and I have never had any trouble!Everything arrives safely and intact, the products are high quality and exactly as described. I love the discounts you get regularly and the product range is great. Customer Service has always been able to resolve things for me, though I rarely needed anything since the orders went well and always arrived quickly. I started buying from them in Germany and still so now that I live in Denmark because I just trust them the most!
I ordered a starter kit, it arrived complete. I am very happy about it, products of good quality, super easy to use. Then i ordered some extra colors and a surprise kit, which came incomplete. Wrote to customer service and they agreed to send another full kit. I think it’s very kind of them they could have just replaces the missing items. In general i’m very happy with these products.
I ordered 4 Jolefin Shellac colors, 2 of them are delivered totally damaged Therefore I contacted the customer service, But they told me they will not going to do anything about it I can really recommend NOT to buy there anything The customer service is terrible and the products are too
