I thought that nothing would make a difference once I hit my fifties but this product has literally changed my life. Not only have I started to lose a few pounds, I feel calmer, I am sleeping better and I have much more energy. Customer service is exceptional and the whole team look after you so well. Highly recommended.
Where do I begin? I've been dealing with menopausal symptoms since 2022 (mood swings, fatigue, hot flashes, etc.), but my weight was never an issue. I managed to control any weight gain through walking and avoiding snacks and alcohol. I was advised to join a gym for my mood and well-being since I can't take hormone replacement therapy. Initially, it worked, and I felt happier, but my motivation faded over time. By 2025, my gym visits had decreased, and it no longer brought me joy. I continued to walk daily and monitor my diet, but I was always hungry and snacked throughout the day. My mood plummeted, I felt constantly tired, my joints ached, and my body was changing in ways I didn't like. I had developed a noticeable tummy, and I didn't recognize myself in the mirror anymore. I searched online for a solution but found few that delivered results. I felt disheartened seeing others lose significant weight with injections that I couldn't use for medical reasons. I thought this new body would be my reality, with aches and low mood as my norm. Then, I came across an ad for a service while browsing Facebook. Like many of you, I was skeptical, but I thought, what do I have to lose? Within days of starting, my mood improved, my snacking urge diminished, and I started feeling better overall. As the weeks passed, my sleep improved, my joint pain subsided (I now play badminton twice a week), and I've lost 7kg. My mood and confidence are at an all-time high, but most importantly, I'm smiling again.
They claim to offer a refund, but when I requested one, they ignored me and blocked me! Contrary to their response, there was no prior conversation, and I sent two emails requesting a refund. They only replied to the first one asking me to continue for three weeks after I provided details, and now I've been blocked on social media.
While this didn't work for me due to age-related issues, I give five stars for the ease of cancelling my subscription. Just one email and a quick response to cancel. Unlike others that make you jump through hoops, this service is refreshing.
