I had to wait in another queue, someone named Vidal Barbo was able to quickly and easily fix the issue I was having thank you so much.
Vidal Barbo is amazing, he was able to find the issue explain it and fix it within minutes. I was getting very frustrated and about to lose my mind after trying to resolve this issue with 5 other different agents that I had before him.
