I bought a Petro-Canada e-gift card through Prezzee and it has never worked. Petro-Canada’s system says the card number is invalid.For the last week and a half Prezzee support has given me nothing but the runaround. One agent said a refund was being issued, another said it was cancelled, another said it wasn’t cancelled, and now I’m being told to wait for the retailer. Every message is a different story.Selling a gift card that is invalid from day one and then bouncing the customer between excuses for weeks is unacceptable. Either replace the card or refund the money — it shouldn’t be this hard.Terrible experience and terrible customer service. I will never use Prezzee again.
Stay away from this company please find any other alternative to using this gift card bought a £20 gift card for U#er a popular worldwide taxi and food app.I have exhausted all areas trying to load it on with zero success whatsoever and as everyone knows you can’t even speak to someone on their telephone support so I thought PREZZEE would have my back but oh no instead of supporting me as their regular and loyal customer they’re quite ok back and forthing with me instead of helping me out!!!!The gift card will and is UNSPENT I DO NOT WANT IT I CAN NOT USE IT I DO NOT GET WHAT IS SO HARD TO OVERSTAND ABOUT THAT!!!!!!!!!FORGET THESE GUYS AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!
Purchased a Petro Canada gift card and the card issued was invalid. It will not work. Reached out to prezzee to resolve issue with no successful outcome. They say they are “waiting for the brand to respond” they also wont issue me a refund until the “hear back and get authorization from the brand” this has been ongoing for over two weeks now. Seems like this is a “pass the buck” back and forth and now Im out $100.I will not be using prezzee again nor would i recommend them to anyone.
