SELLING POTENTIALLY UNSAFE ITEMS

Received Dirty Mouth Gum Drops with tamper seal missing along with expiration/lot #s different on the box and the bottle. Called Primal Life and no one will help. Asked for manager to intercede. Received email today from Jaime at Primal Life, a manager. Says cannot help, won't tell me it is safe to use and no refund or replacement. Lot numbers/exp. dates differ by one year. Bottle exp. in 2026 but packaging says 2027 so you are paying for a product that expires much sooner. I will never use them again as they are not transparent and making mistakes that could harm your health.

Electric toothbrush breaks immediately

Electric toothbrush breaks immediatelyThey private label a really shoddy electric toothbrush and call it "bamboo" - it is plastic. If you look closely at the buttons on this toothbrush, you will see that you can find the exact product online all over the place with other branding on it. I assume this is a shit product that they put their label on and charge customers at least 500% above what they paid for it. I purchased this expensive toothbrush and it broke within 2 days, so they send out a replacement. 6 months later, it also broke. They refuse to refund me because they only guarantee the product for 30 days. Please, buyer beware - this company is part of the problem we have globally with companies prioritizing profits over everything else, including the health of the planet. Plastic and chargeable batteries have a huge impact in the landfills, and this company is happy to continue this cycle of selling and thus creating literal garbage. Get a Phillips Sonicare Diamond Clean - the one I had previous to falling for primal life organics marketing lasted 8 years before wearing out. shame on you, PLO.

They sent me faulty brush heads and…

They sent me faulty brush heads and then wouldn’t send me working ones after admitting they had a bad batch! I sent them an email screenshot saying you sent me a faulty product and won’t make it right? Is this who you want to be. I wanted a trustworthy nice brush company and sent them to my friends only to be given the worst customer service/ very disappointing.

I like the products but they are very high priced. However, the reason why I am writing the review is because trying to get in touch with customer service to cancel my auto subscriptions has taken a long time. Several calls, chats ect.... finally got it done. You should be able to cancel subscriptions online. But it will only let you postpone them.

Prices too high

Prices too high. I hadn't needed anything from them for quite a while. I went back to their website to reorder and was shocked at the price increases-much higher than inflation. Too bad. I liked supporting a small business (before they were bought out) and their products worked well for me.

Waste of Money for Plastic Crap that Stops Working

Ordered the teeth whitening LED device for several hundred dollars, all the LED lights stopped working within a few months. They sent a replacement, but that one also broke within a few months! (And I only used them maybe 3-5 times each..) Money down the toilet. More plastic in the landfills. The company must know they are selling useless pieces of plastic crap for absurd amounts of money. I submitted a review on their website, but surprise! it doesn't show up. Only the positive reviews appear. Shameful.

I writing up a view because I believe…outstanding customer service

I writing up a view because I believe the customer service is actually quite outstanding. Reviews I’ve read are not speaking like this and I was very impressed with their positive prompt reply. I explained the situation with my brush heads not staying on and sent a picture of my brush base. They sent me toothbrush heads that would attach to my base without any questions asked. They explained why the others may have failed.

Overcharged and refuses to refund

This company used to be so good as a start up by the nurse Trina. Now that a corporation has purchased it, the entire company sucks and their customer service is so bad and rude. Beware of this company and check your receipts throughly.. they will over charge you and when you ask for a refund they will not give you the full amount of the over charge. Do not buy from this company.Jamie in customer service is the worst for this company. She doesn't care for the customers at all and doesn't care if she loses customers.Look how many 1 star reviews they have. I was a customer of this company since the very beginning so I know how bad it is now. Believe me when I say there are much better all natural organic businesses to buy from.

There are better companies to support…

There are better companies to support than Primal Life Organics. I bought a very expensive toothbrush hoping to support a good company and receive a product that was well made. It stopped working within 6 months and they were kind to replace it, I figured it was a fluke. Well, the second one ALSO stopped working within 7 months (no user error, used it exactly how it was designed for). The company said "their policy would not replace it because it was over a year since the original purchase". I emailed several people and asked to speak with managers, etc but absolutely no one was willing to replace it. So I spent a ridiculous amount of money on a product that doesn't work for more than half a year. It's a rip-off company promoting rip-off products manipulating people with "health and wellness" propaganda. Don't fall for it! By the way I informed "Jamie" who called herself the customer service lead and she could not have cared less that I was disappointed in the product, the company, or that I would leave negative reviews after. So disappointing.

Sore teeth and gums

I was suffering with sore gums for a few years, I couldn't eat anything sweet like dried fruit or too cold or too hot, It was really very upsetting as I was only 48 yrs old, the future of my mouth didn't look bright. I had been using the peroxide bleaching strips for a few years before that, in hindsight this may have contributed to my problem. The dentists couldn't help me and had no answers other than use a sensitive toothpaste, which helped a little but it hurt to chew food on my left side. I saw an ad on facebook for this tooth whitening system(primal life organics) but was more interested in the gum healing side of it, was sceptical but also willing to try anything as long as it was natural, I looked carefully into the ingredients and was happy so I tried it. that was 18 months ago and extremely happy to say all of my symptoms have just gone! plus now my teeth are constantly white as an added bonus... cannot praise this company enough have now purchased all the products for the rest of my family, wooo hoooo. thankyou thankyou thankyou!!
