I had a very horrible experience in January 2026 I ordered 4 perfumes along with other things when i got through anpost delivery so I got 1 perfume and 3 perfumes were missing when I complained to boots customer care they dealt horribly they were not believing me that my perfumes were missing and I showed them all proofs by email but they still didn’t refund me but my request to everyone don’t order by post always order click and collect and open your order infront of their staff because boots home delivery is scam….
I bought a Fenzy Beauty eaze drop blur stick no. 2 in Jervis Boots on the 23rd December at 16.31. There was no product left in the stick. Also its color 4 stick in the Box which was numbered 2. I'm at the loss of 35 euro! It was the only one there of that color and was in the drawer and not with the testers. Was this done by staff?? I made a complaint to customer care 75097296 who were no help and i would have to return to the shop. I can't even go back as I live over an hours drive away. I'm so annoyed and to me this is an expensive product. I bought the stick instead from sephora and will do this in the future
Update - I visited the location this morning to check on my package one last time before escalating my claim. To my surprise, I found my 'missing' package in the 'Click and Collect' section, despite being told multiple times that it wasn't there. The staff seemed to only check the system instead of physically verifying the package's presence. There appears to be a significant issue with their system or the way staff manage collections. Moving forward, always insist on a physical check for your package instead of relying on the system. This entire process has been extremely stressful, compounded by poor customer service. Original: I placed an order for several items on 4 November for Click and Collect, totaling €110. My order was split into two packages. Only one item was delivered to the store, which I collected. I never received notification that the second package was ready for collection. After several visits to the store, I was told it wasn't there. I contacted customer service, and after numerous emails, they informed me that my claim had 'failed internal checks' and was rejected. They insisted that a thorough investigation was conducted and that the package was delivered correctly. While it may have been delivered to the store, that doesn't mean it reached me. Since I never collected the second package, how can they prove that I received it? This should be a crucial aspect of any investigation. I have requested details to file a formal complaint, as I am out €103. I am extremely frustrated at this point and even more so upon discovering countless similar experiences online.
I went to the location this morning and was overlooked by the staff before I had to approach the store manager for help. He assisted for about 3 minutes before passing me off to an assistant, who also ignored me for several minutes while helping another customer. I had to call her back before I decided to leave. The manager was present in the store, not in his office. This was the worst shopping experience I’ve had in quite some time.
I should have checked reviews before ordering. It was a complete mess! They took my money online for items that were unavailable and made me wait three weeks only to inform me they weren't available. There was no communication during that time! I would have ordered from a different retailer had I known the items would not be available. In-store inquiries were useless, as they didn’t want to help. This experience was terrible and I will not order again.
I ordered a thermal hot brush for delivery on December 4th, intended for December 12th. The expected delivery date was on or before the 11th, but it never arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times, and they all gave the same generic response with no understanding of the inconvenience caused. They told me to wait another SEVEN days. This is outrageous. They wouldn’t assist me until the 7 days passed, even though tracking indicated there was no package. I requested a new tracking number, but they ignored my request. After the 7 days, I waited 30 minutes only to be told they were out of stock and it would take at least TWO WEEKS for a replacement. There was no compensation offered for this significant inconvenience. I will never order from here again and recommend others do the same.

I called to have my prescription ready and was assured it would be available for pickup the next day. I arrived after 4 PM to find it was still not ready, despite waiting 20 minutes in line. I was told to return in half an hour, but when I came back, it still wasn't prepared. I was left waiting outside because I needed the medication urgently. If it weren't necessary, I would have left it there. This service was absolutely unacceptable.
I ordered several items totaling a couple of hundred euros, which were split into two packages. I collected the first package but received no notification about the second. The first package was damaged, and I inquired about the second in-store, only to be given a phone number to call. After contacting them, I was told they would resend the package, only to find out they were out of stock. This was a week before Christmas, and my order had been placed three weeks prior. I will not be ordering online again due to the poor service.
