Easy to use their design portal for a clear-plastic award trophy. Was able to design an award for a local darts tournament- nowt to do with education! But price and ease of website led me to PTS and my order arrived the next working day.Absolutely superb, and would 100% use again.Only feedback, and this is constructive, is that although there is a gold colour option for the design of the trophy background, there's no silver or bronze. When handing out awards, gold / silver / bronze are typically available, so have fed this back, but it is the only minor thing I can be even remotely negative about.Wonderful stuff, thanks again for ease of website and speed of service.

I was trying to add my own logo to a sticker. The online software wouldn't let me grab the corners of the .JPG and shrink the size. I nearly gave up as I was under a time pressure to receive the printed labels. I contacted the design team via email and Lindsay replied very quickly, prepared an image for me and I was able to finish the sticker and order it. So, queried, sorted out and ordered on the 15th April. Delivered 17th April. Arrived in time for use on 20th. Really tip top service. So many companies' customer service has gone through the floor these days but NOT Primary Teaching Services. Really pleased with the turnround and service given. Highly recommend. Will use again in the future.
Company refunded the money and so it's all good. I have amended my rating to show this but I'll leave the body of the review just to warn others about the font size. They were right about the font I chose not being a standard Word font but I downloaded it as it's the one we use at school. I am still very confused as to the sizing but forewarned is forearmed - choose bigger than you think you want. Inconsistent, misleading description of an ink stamp. I customised the stamp by choosing the type and size of font but the stamp they supplied had writing that was so tiny it was difficult to read. When I contacted them they said the font size was not the same as on Word. When I asked what it was the same as, they didn't bother to reply. They use the name of the font that Word uses but not the size. Why have a size at all or why not use the same standard as Word, or why not state THESE FONT SIZES ARE NOT THE FONT SIZES THAT ARE USED ANYWHERE ELSE ON THE PLANET. The size ordered was 28 and the one they sent was equivalent to 11 (using the standard they use on Word).
I had an excellent experience only customer service from Susan B, Customer Service Advisor. I had an issue with one of my orders (my error) and she rectified it quickly and efficiently and very kindly did it as a gesture of goodwill. She explained everything to me and is the reason I will use PTS in the future. Thank you Susan B!
