An incredible experience with exceptional support. My child had been unwell for too long, and despite consulting various doctors in person and even calling an ambulance, none provided any assistance. I felt dismissed as an overly concerned parent, but I know my child well, and after 10 days of fever, I knew something was seriously wrong. A Telehealth appointment at 1 am connected us with the right medical care.
