When we contacted the support team for an amendment, they denied our request, stating that changes couldn't be made. Exercise caution when choosing this service, as they often fail to deliver on their promises. After payment, they appear unwilling to assist and insist on upfront payment, only to act as they please. We ended up paying again for a new certificate and had to fill out the form for it. Overall, a complete waste of money. Proceed with caution.
