Review Time
I published by book with them in January of 2025. My issues started even before publishing. They sent me the manuscript to approve, and I told them the picture on the back cover of my family was blurry (I provided them with a professionally taken photograph of high quality). They confirmed it blurry was on their end and then did NOTHING to fix it. They published my book with the blurry picture of my family on the back cover! It is very embarrassing that my family and friends bought my book and it is soo blurry you can't even make out who the family is. I contacted them right away to correct it and they said the picture quality wasn't good. It is a professionally taken photo! I emailed them two more times following up, and they never responded to me at all. Then when they did answer ONE YEAR LATER, they blamed it on an Amazon "printing quality issue" and refused to help make it right. I spoke to Amazon and they said the picture is blurry and is therefore not a printing quality issue. So now I paid to have a blurry book. I am soo disappointed. I will NEVER use this company again and I will never recommend them to anyone!
I PLACED MY TRUST IN THIS SERVICE, AND IT RESULTED IN A LOSS OF $48,500.00. I ADVISE AGAINST TRUSTING THEM. THEY EVEN SENT ME AN EMAIL WITH A COPY OF A CHECK FOR THE MONEY THEY OWED ME, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT AND THEN THEY DISAPPEARED. DO NOT PUT YOUR FAITH IN THEM. THEY WILL GIVE YOU EMPTY PROMISES AND THEN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU, JUST LIKE THEY DID WITH ME. THEY HAVE YET TO FULFILL THEIR COMMITMENTS TO ME.
