I recently had Prime Windows fit a side garage door, the fitters turned up on the agreed appointment time, and the installation and product was perfect, I would recommend on my experience.
Cold call to the door during my working day. Was not told where this person was from, had to look at logo on coat initially. Told I had to speak to them about my home's EPC. I challenged this and said I don't HAVE to speak to anyone. Explained I was busy to be told 'I'll come back later as you need to talk about this'. Showing me my home's EPC on his phone screen, telling me I can qualify for different help. Told him I didn't want help from him to again be told I HAVE to sort my home's EPC out because the government says so.Absolute nonsense. Was then told I was being rude for not wanting to stand on my doorstep being spoken down to. In the end I had to ask the person to leave my property
We had our front door, bifolds and bathroom windows fitted and the whole experience was excellent.We were working all day and hadn’t moved in yet, so we let them in and left them to it. Everything was handled smoothly and the house was left clean and tidy, which we really appreciated.The finished result looks amazing and has completely transformed the place. prime windows doors and conservatories told me that two fitters would be at my property no earlier than 9am they were. Two very polite and and hard working men. I was told that the work would take upto a day and a half. 1 day two upstairs windows and a porch door a lovely and clean job, what a lovely pair of workers, will definitely use this company again.
