I could not recommend Printique enough for not only the excellent quality products they produce but their incredible customer service as well. I ordered my wedding album from Printique and had one minor concern upon the album's arrival regarding the imaged used for the front cover. I worked with Jack Peters and he responded to my request right away and helped find a great solution. This company really does make sure the customer is fully satisfied and will do whatever to ensure that. Definitely consider Printique for all your printing needs! - Alanna
Just received my wedding album and I'm pleasantly pleased. I did a lot of research and looked at other companies but all were extraordinary expensive. I was hesitant at first as I never worked with this company but I'm glad I trusted my gut and am very happy with the end result!
Shipping was fast and the overall quality was excellent. I was really impressed with how carefully my two posters were packed. I honestly expected them to come rolled up in a tube. Instead each was packed in a cardboard sleeve with corner protectors and put inside a larger box with bubble wrap. I had two large posters printed to frame and mount above my headboard.
The photos that I ordered arrived quick, within 4 days I believe, for basic shipping that was great. That got the 3 stars this time. Problem that I had was some of the 4x6 were stuck together! I assume they are hot coming out of the printer, so the stack of 60 photos (or so), there was 8 different ones ruined being stuck together and many others I pulled apart and they are noticeable, but not ruined. Very unfortunate. Otherwise, the prints looked okay. I was not happy with the larger prints, but that was my problem, not the print job. I may use Printique again, but no time soon after this disappointing event.
