I had .y packages delivered to ShopUSA and I paid for them to be shipped to me. I paid on Friday and I have not heard from them since then. It's been over 4 days and there's been total silence. I'm starting to suspect I have been scammed. All that money is gone. Do not trust them. I have sent several emails and not a single reply. Just send my packages. You can deny all you want. Reply to my emails not your review. This is just to warn others above your service.

Bought an item in TP-Link using…

Bought an item in TP-Link using ShopUSA. They had the item delivered at the wrong address. Impossible to talk to someone, after 3 weeks of trying, I block them and will no longer use them

INSANE SHIPPING CHARGES

what went wrong? I didn't imaging a 2 mugs and hat worth $60 would cost $400US dollars to ship. i abandoned it and will never ever use this service again. stay away from these sharks

I am being ignored by Hildur…

I am being ignored by Hildur Hauksdóttir, one of the owners(!!) of the company, who seems to be the only one who deals with emails for customers in Iceland. Over a month ago, I requested consolidation of my items (all small with the exception of two boxes which could be shipped separately) and instead of taking items out of their boxes (which we all know packaging takes up too much space, that’s why we’re here using a repackager!) she or someone else put all my boxes on a pallet and wrapped them in plastic wrap. I immediately wrote an email and asked for the items to be taken off the pallet and repackaged. No reply for a week. I started sending emails every day asking for a reply. This is when I received my only reply in the last month: Hildur tells me the pallet can only be sent by FedEx freight and asks if I’d like her to set that up for me. Another option she gives me is to put it on a ship, but she says she has no idea how long that will take nor when the next ship is coming. I go on fedex’s website and enter the dimensions of the pallet into their frieght calculator and see that it will cost $500-1,000 to send. These items are not valuable; we’re talking some face wash, clothes, some baby items. It’s absolutely madness that these items are on a pallet. I write back again asking to take the items off the pallet and consolidate into boxes, as the shopUSA website advertises. No response. I have my husband write her in Icelandic, and she immediately responds asking for the suite number. As soon as she finds out it’s my suite number she stops replying to him. I have looked up their business info in Iceland and the phone numbers for ShopUSA on record are all disconnected. No one answers the phone number in Atlanta. Their physical address in Iceland on record is incorrect. I have emailed the general email, Hildur’s email, and the regional email address and no reply. At this point ShopUSA is holding my items ransom and I have no idea when or if I will get ahold of them. The worst thing is, most of the items were for our baby’s Christening, which is next week, and we will not get the items in time. So much anger and frustration. Shame on you, Hildur and ShopUSA! All you have to do is take a few boxes off a pallet and rebox them (which is literally your job!) and you can’t even manage that. Shame shame shame!

Unfortunately the company has come down…

Unfortunately the company has come down the drain. It used to have amazing service back in the day but off late it’s gone the opposite. Indefinite delays, no proper response from its customer care, rude replies. In spite of booking expedited 2-4 day deliveries I get my parcel not before 10-15 days, sometimes even longer. There are much better alternates. Stop using this.

Poor and unresponsive again for another case!

1. 18 Aug 2025 label created and shipped out on 19 Aug 2025.2. 21 Aug 2025 @ 1140 hrs UPS contacted me and informed that I have to pay tax before receiving the package but I informed them that it was paid before shipment. Email about this issue to Shopusa with the invoice which tax being paid.3. Replied by Shopusa and will keep me posted.4. Ask for updates without reply on 30 Aug, 2 Sep, 9 Sep and 10 Sep!5. Replied on 10 Sep but problem still unresolved and still working on it!6. No updates until 22 Sep until email ask for update!7. Replied on 23 Sep yet problem still unresolved! 8. Case still unresolved as of 6 Oct 25.9. Still not resolve as of 17 Oct 25!It is exactly 2 months of outstanding issue! Do you want this kind of company handling your shipment? Issues has been going on more than a month and the items shipped out stuck at the local warehouse!On my personal view, it seems the 1st case which is still unresolved for more than 3 months which I voiced my frustration to them. This 2nd case it seems was done on purpose!Who ever read this comments, please avoid this company at all cost!!!
